DSC_0025.JPG

I took advantage of yesterday's beautiful light to snap some photos of my snowy neighborhood, even if it was bitterly cold - there haven't been many sunlit days the past couple of months, unfortunately. I'll be posting these photos this week, hope you enjoy! Let's start with hungry pigeons...

Location of all photos: Montreal, QC

That is beautiful. Aren't wings amazing? Such beautiful things... even on flying rats.
I know, not a nice thing to say but I don't much like pigeons. Can you tell? :)

I love this picture...
What settings are you shooting at? My camera is NOT getting anything near that.

z28, I normally use the "action" setting (an auto mode) - but you need good light, a good eye for framing and my secret for transforming a nice photo into a "wow" one is... Corel Paint Shop Pro! LOL!

Glad we have no snow in Avignon, but what an attractive shot ! Pigeons and snow, a combination rarely seen - at least for me.

Rebecca - thank you!!

Nathalie, nothing stops the pigeons eh? Surtout quand les gens les nourissent si bien...
