From Wikipedia: Snow is a type of precipitation in the form of crystalline water ice, consisting of a multitude of snowflakes that fall from clouds. Since snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material. It has an open and therefore soft structure, unless packed by external pressure.

Somehow, you really have to feel it to understand what "snow" is all about. Taste it. Roll in it. Leave your footprints on its white blanket. Have it melt in your hands and freeze your fingers. It is as much a sensory pleasure as it is a visual one.

A sweet anchor

As you can see, I love this photo so much that I used it as my blog's title page... Vegas brought me to this cool little bar that used to house a bank once, the inner achitecture is quite interesting but it's the furniture that caught my eye.

We drank tuscan mules and just absorbed the night, pressed together to keep warm from the drizzling rain outside... and just basking in this moment that we stole from time and stamped as ours, forever.

We are surrounded by small original shops that sell local art, it really creates a sense of community and originality that I've seldom seen in a big city before.

I promise you that when summer comes along, these planters will contain beautiful flowers and not... snow. Still makes for a pretty border trimming in the winter, though.
